I’m an EMCC Global Accredited Senior Practitioner in Coaching, a qualified BACP Accredited Therapist and Clinical Supervisor.
Alongside my coaching practice I have a private therapy practice specialising in menopause, hormone issues and fertility (and how neurodivergence impacts these) and I provide clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.
I host training for therapists, coaches and nutritionists, businesses and organisations on menopause and mental health and I've been a guest speaker on podcasts and radio shows.
My corporate background in People/HR helps me appreciate a range of business environments and senior roles. Before training as a coach and therapist, I specialised in setting up People strategy, systems and processes and managing change in high-growth companies and start-ups, and leading internal resourcing projects in a range of industries including financial services, product development, education and publishing.
Working in high-pressure businesses with colleagues at all levels in both specialised and generalist People roles gave me an up-close understanding of people dynamics, colleague relationships, internal challenges, career progressions, shifts and disappointments, as well as ample opportunity to hone my internal coaching, training and strategic skills, and work closely with individuals from a wide range of specialties.
Media appearances
I am keen to raise awareness of the transitions I support clients to navigate, especially menopause, hormone issues and neurodivergence.
