Hi, I'm Helen. I coach women through the transitions that change everything: a career that no longer fits, a midlife reckoning, the menopause years, a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, or one of those big life shifts that leaves you wondering who you are now and what you want next.

About me
I work relationally, which is a slightly clinical way of saying that the relationship between us is where the real work happens. Sessions are warm, energising and properly action-focused, and often a lot more fun than you might expect. I am not about ego, bluster, or homework you will be marked on. I bring my genuine, occasionally sweary self, and our best work happens when you feel able to bring your genuine self too.
I am a qualified therapist as well as a coach, and that shapes how I work. It means I can sit with the harder, more emotional parts of a transition, the grief, the doubt, the fear, the shifts in identity, rather than rushing you past them towards a tidy plan. But this is coaching: forward-looking, collaborative and focused on the life you are building. We keep our eyes on the change you came for.
